On  WinterKids.com, click on the "Track Order" link, which is located in the upper right-hand corner just below the equipment tab. Your email address and your password are all you need to log in. Once Logged in, click on the link "Check Status of Orders" then click on the order you wish to track.

As with domestic orders, WinterKids.com packages the order within hours of the customer placing the order and ships the merchandise via UPS International. The time frame in which you will receive your merchandise depends on the distance the package needs to travel and the time it takes to clear customs.  Normally, the package will arrive to the customer within 2-8 business days. Please use the "Track Order" option located under the "Equipment" tab on the WinterKids.com homepage to view the status of your order.

Our U.S. customers usually receive their merchandise within 3-5 business days of placing their order if our standard shipping methods of UPS Ground or U.S. Mail are selected during the checkout process.  For faster delivery, UPS AIR shipping methods (3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight) are available and can be selected as the order's shipping method during the online checkout process. Getting our customers their merchandise FAST is a Top Priority to us!  Please view our shipping policy webpage for more detailed information on transit times and shipping couriers used.

Although sizing correlates roughly with age, it is different for each brand, and some items may fit differently than others.  Please measure your child and refer to our sizing charts for the most accurate sizing information.  Height is the most reliable measurement to determine the correct size followed by the child's weight.  WinterKids.com typically suggests purchasing a size slightly larger than your child's exact measurements to allow layering and room to grow.
