Do you ship to APOs and FPOs? [Back to Top]
Of course we do!  Anything we can do to support our troops!  Please choose Priority Mail as your shipping option since only USPS will deliver to your location. Thank you very much for your service to our country.



Does WinterKids charge sales tax? [Back to Top]
WinterKids does not charge sales tax for out of state or country purchases. As we are located in Denver, Colorado, the appropriate state and city sales taxes must be included in your purchase if you live in Colorado.



Does WinterKids ship Internationally? [Back to Top]
Yes, we ship all over the world every day!  If you would like a shipping quote, please email winterkids@winterkids.com with the exact items you wish to purchase and please include the city and postal code of the package's destination.



How can I make changes to my order? [Back to Top]

Please call or email us with your changes as soon as you can.  Since we usually package and ship orders the same day they are received, contacting us as soon as possible is best.   1-800-924-5484 or winterkids@winterkids.com

Just go to the Home Page and click Track Order in the header to view the status. Your email address and your password are all you need!



How do I make an Exchange? [Back to Top]
Exchanges are fast and easy! Simply send the merchandise back to WinterKids along with your invoice. On your invoice, write your request along with your phone number in case we have questions. As soon as we receive the merchandise, we resend your new request the same day and WinterKids pays for the shipping back to you (within the continental U.S.)! The entire process usually takes about 5-6 days. Exchanging is easy and one of our Top Priorities! Please refer to Return Policy in the footer of the Home Page.



How long does it take to ship my merchandise Internationally? [Back to Top]
As with domestic orders, WinterKids packages the order within 12 hours from the order time and then ships the merchandise via FedEx International. The time frame in which you will receive your merchandise depends on the distance the package needs to travel and the time it takes to clear customs. Please use the Track Order option in the header of the homepage to view the status of your order.



How long does it take to ship my merchandise? [Back to Top]
WinterKids ships all In-Stock orders within 12 hours of purchase. Our customers usually receive their merchandise within 4-5 days of placing their order unless express shipping is requested. Getting our customers their merchandise is a Top Priority to us!

How much are Duties and Taxes on International orders? [Back to Top]
Duties and taxes are determined by the country in which the merchandise is being shipped. Please contact the customs office of the receiving country for further inquiries. WinterKids has no control over these fees.



How much are International shipping rates? [Back to Top]
It depends on where we are shipping and the weight of the package. We do promise that our International shipping charges are as inexpensive as we can possibly make them. We usually get the merchandise to our International customers within 10 days.  If you would like a shipping quote, please email winterkids@winterkids.com with the exact items you wish to purchase and please include the city and postal code of the package's destination.

What is WinterKids' Return Policy? [Back to Top]
Our Return policy is very flexible! Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at WinterKids meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund. You can return your WinterKids purchase within 30 Days of the invoice date for a full refund. If a return is received after 30 days, a 15% restock fess applies or you may specify that you wish to have store or website credit for the full amount valid for one year. What size should I buy my child? [Back to Top]
Typically, WinterKids suggests to purchase one size up from the child’s age, i.e. the child is six years old, purchase a size seven. The sizes are structured to correspond to the child’s age so, one size up will usually allow room for growth but not too big to wear immediately. Please view our sizing charts to be certain about the size you are choosing.
