Do you ship to APOs and FPOs? [Back to Top]

Of course we do!  Anything we can do to support our troops!  Orders over $75 will ship for free, please choose U.S. Priority Mail as your shipping option.   Thank you very much for your service to our country!




Does WinterKids charge sales tax? [Back to Top]
WinterKids does not charge sales tax for out of state or country purchases. As we are located in Denver, Colorado, the appropriate state and city sales taxes must be included in your purchase if you live in Colorado.



Does WinterKids ship Internationally? [Back to Top]

Yes, we ship all over the world every day!  This ensures our customers the lowest UPS international shipping costs possible.  International shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process and can be seen on the webpage after your ship to information has been entered.  All shipping costs and product costs shown on WinterKids.com are in United States Dollars.




How can I make changes to my order? [Back to Top]

How can I Track my order? [Back to Top]

Just go to WinterKids.com's Home Page and click on "Track Order" which is located under the "Equipment" tab. Your email address and your password are all you need to log in. Once Logged in, click on the link "Check Status of Orders" then click on the order you wish to track and you will find your tracking information on that webpage.




How do I make an Exchange? [Back to Top]
Exchanges are fast and easy! Simply send the merchandise back to WinterKids along with your invoice. On your invoice, write your request along with your phone number in case we have questions. As soon as we receive the merchandise, we resend your new request the same day and WinterKids pays for the shipping back to you (within the continental U.S.)! The entire process usually takes about 5-7 business days. Exchanging is easy and one of our Top Priorities! Please refer to our Return Policy in the footer of the Home Page for more information.



How long does it take to ship my merchandise Internationally? [Back to Top]

As with domestic orders, WinterKids.com packages the order within hours of the customer placing the order and ships the merchandise via UPS International. The time frame in which you will receive your merchandise depends on the distance the package needs to travel and the time it takes to clear customs.  Normally, the package will arrive to the customer within 2-8 business days. Please use the "Track Order" option located under the "Equipment" tab on the WinterKids.com homepage to view the status of your order.




How long does it take to ship my merchandise? [Back to Top]

Our U.S. customers usually receive their merchandise within 3-5 business days of placing their order if our standard shipping methods of UPS Ground or U.S. Priority Mail are selected during the checkout process.  For faster delivery, UPS AIR shipping methods (3-Day, 2-Day, and Overnight) are available and can be selected as the order's shipping method during the online checkout process. Getting our customers their merchandise FAST is a Top Priority to us!  Please view our shipping policy webpage for more detailed information on transit times and shipping couriers used.

Duties and taxes are determined by the country in which the merchandise is being shipped. Please contact the customs office of the receiving country for further inquiries. WinterKids.com has no control or prior knowledege of these fees.

The shipping costs for international orders will automatically be calculated during the checkout process on the webpage after entering in your ship to information.  International shipping costs depend on where we are shipping the order and the weight of the package. We do ensure our customers that our International shipping costs are as inexpensive as we can possibly make them.  All shipping costs and product costs shown on WinterKids.com are in United States Dollars.  Delivery times vary throughout the world, it normally takes 2-7 business days for an international shipment to arrive to it's destination.

Yes we do! All orders over $75 with shipping addresses within the U.S. are shipped FREE!   Free shipping applies to our standard methods of shipping which are UPS Ground or U.S. Priority Mail depending on the weight of the package.

Our Return policy is very flexible! Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at WinterKids meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund. You can return your WinterKids purchase within 30 Days of the invoice date for a full refund. If a return is received after 30 days, a 15% restock fee will apply. What size should I buy my child? [Back to Top]
Typically, WinterKids.com suggests to purchase one size up from the child’s age, i.e. the child is six years old, purchase a size seven. The sizes are structured to correspond to the child’s age so, one size up will usually allow room for growth but not too big to wear immediately. Please view our sizing charts to be certain about the size you are choosing.  Focus mostly on your child's height and weight.
