The WinterKids.com guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at WinterKids.com meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund. Shopping is "Risk Free" at WinterKids.com. We not only guarantee the products we sell, we also guarantee that every transaction you make on the WinterKids.com site will be safe and secure.
All exchange merchandise must be in pristine condition, unworn, and in original packaging with tags still attached. WinterKids.com reserves the right to refuse exchanges if above conditions are not met. WinterKids.com also reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee if items are not in original packaging with all tags attached. Items will not be accepted for exchange after 5 months of the original order date.
If you would like to Exchange your merchandise for any reason, please follow these simple steps.
- Complete the exchange form on the back of the original order invoice you received in your package. Clearly indicate the style, color, size and quantity of the new item(s) you wish to receive. If you do not have your original invoice, Log In here to view and print another copy, or include a letter with the order number and the billing name & address associated with the order.
- Create your UPS Shipping Label here (currently only available to customers shipping from within the Continental United States). Print the label, tape it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest UPS location. Use of our UPS shipping label is FREE for exchanges! You may also use any other shipping method of your choice. However, we cannot pay for shipping or provide reimbursement for lost or damaged packages shipped via any other shipping method.
- If you choose to use your own shipping method, insure your package and mail to:

Your exchange items will be shipped back to you for FREE via the standard shipping method. Free exchange shipping is only offered to customers within the United States.
All returned merchandise must be in pristine condition, unworn, and in original packaging with tags still attached. WinterKids.com reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise, or charge up to a 15% restocking fee if these conditions are not met. You may return your purchase within 30 Days of the invoice date for a full refund of the merchandise value. If a return is received 30 - 90 days after the original invoice date, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit card refund, or upon request, a full refund can be issued in the form of a website credit valid for one year from the date of issue. If items are returned between 3 and 5 months after the invoice date, a 15% restocking fee applies and the remaining balance will be issued as a website credit valid for one year from the issued date. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange after 5 months of the invoice date.

WinterKids.com cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages if you choose to use a shipping method other than our UPS return shipping label.

International Exchanges and Returns
International exchanges and returns are subject to the same policies described in the Exchange and Return sections above. To exchange or return your merchandise please follow the instructions below:
- Complete the return/exchange form on the back of the original order invoice you received in your package. Clearly indicate which item(s) you are returning and the reason for return. If you are requesting an exchange please include the style, color, size and quantity of the new item(s) you wish to receive in exchange. If you do not have your original order invoice Log In here to view and print another copy.
- The customer is responsible for all international shipping costs. You may ship your merchandise back to WinterKids.com using any shipping method you prefer. WinterKids.com cannot provide return shipping labels for packages shipping from outside the U.S. and we cannot provide shipping cost reimbursement.
- You will be asked to fill out a customs form declaring the items in the return package when you bring it to a post office or mailing center to ship.
- Please use HTS Code 9801.00.2500 on the customs paperwork on the outside of the box
- Include "returned product not for resale" in the commodity description field on the customs form on the outside of the box
- Reference the original UPS tracking number (sent to you by email at the time we originally shipped your order) on the outside of the box. If you do not know this number please email support@winterkids.com with your order number and we can provide it for you.
Failure to include the above information with your shipment may cause delays in customs clearance, and additional customs fees may be assessed. If WinterKids.com is billed by a shipping courier for any shipping or customs fees not paid by the customer at the time of shipment, we will charge the customer's credit card for the associated fees.
The cost of shipping for any requested exchange items will be charged to the credit card used to place your original order.The cost of exchange shipping is usually less than or equal to the shipping cost on the original order.
Depending on the policies of your country's customs department, you may be charged import duty and VAT (value added tax) on your exchange shipment. We note on all customs paperwork that the package contains exchange merchandise and any applicable duty and taxes were already paid on your original order; however, it is ultimately up to each country's customs department to determine if the shipment will be subject to duty and taxes again
