We not only guarantee the products we sell, we also guarantee that every transaction you make on the WinterKids.com site will be safe and secure.

Return and Exchange Policies
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at WinterKids.com meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund. All merchandise that is returned or exchanged must be in pristine condition, not worn, in original packaging and with all tags still attached. WinterKids reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if above conditions are not met. WinterKids also reserves the right to charge up to a 15% restock fee if items are not in original packaging with all tags attached. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange after 5 months of the invoice date.
If you would like to Exchange your merchandise for any reason, please follow these simple steps.
- Clearly write on your invoice the item(s) you would like to exchange. Please also include the color, size and quantity of the new item(s) you wish to receive. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number and the first and last name in which the order was billed.
- Insure your package and mail to:

- WinterKids will pay for the shipping back to you. (Within the continental U.S.)
If you would like to Return your merchandise for any reason, please follow these simple steps.
You may return your WinterKids purchase within 30 Days of the invoice date for a full refund of the merchandise. If a return is received after 30 days, a 15% restock fee will be applied to your credit card used for original purchase or upon request a website credit will be issued which is valid for one year. If items are returned between 3 and 5 months after the invoice date, a 15% restock fee applies and the remaining balance will be issued for website credit. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange after 5 months of the invoice date.
- Please send your returned merchandise along with a written explanation on your invoice. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number and the first and last name in which the order was billed.
