If you would like to Return your merchandise for any reason, please follow these simple steps.
You may return your WinterKids purchase within 30 Days of the invoice date for a full refund of the merchandise. If a return is received after 30 days, a 15% restock fee will be applied to your credit card used for original purchase or upon request a website credit will be issued which is valid for one year. If items are returned between 3 and 5 months after the invoice date, a 15% restock fee applies and the remaining balance will be issued for website credit valid for one year from the issued date. Items will not be accepted for return or exchange after 5 months of the invoice date.
- Please send your returned merchandise along with a written explanation on your invoice. If you cannot send your invoice, please include your order number and the first and last name in which the order was billed. International Exchanges and Returns please follow the above steps with the addition of the following steps. Following these steps will help speed up the process of international exchanges and returns.
- Please use HTS code 9801.00.2500 on the return customs commercial invoice on the outside of the box.
- Include “returned product not for resale” in description field on the outside of the box.
- Please reference on the return customs commercial invoice the original UPS tracking number sent to you by email at the time we originally shipped your package, if you do not know this number, please email us at winterkids@winterkids.com with your order number or name on the "Bill To" address on your order and we can provide it to you.
- Any fees charged by a shipping courier to WinterKids not paid by the customer at the time of shipping returns and exchanges back, will be charged to the customer through WinterKids.
Exchanges: The cost of international shipping for exchange packages will be applied to the credit card used for original purchase. These costs are normally at a discounted rate for exchanges.
NOTE: Any shipments back to WinterKids.com where the shipping fees are not paid by the customer at the time of shipment and charged to WinterKids.com by the shipping courier will be charged to the customer's credit card on file by WinterKids.com.
