Our Standard Method of Shipping is FedEx Ground OR U.S. Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the package. Smaller orders (3 pounds or less) usually travel U.S. Priority Mail & orders over 3 pounds will travel FedEx Ground. This means if you place your order by 12:00 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time) you will receive your merchandise within 3-5 business days (Weather Permitting). If the merchandise ordered is on backorder, you will receive an email with an estimated time of delivery. This service is FREE on all orders over $99.00 shipped within the Contiguous United States.
3-Day FedEx Express Service is available on all In-Stock merchandise. This service Guarantees your merchandise will arrive at your doorstep within 3 business days (Weather Permitting) if your order is placed by 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time on business days. This service is an additional $10.00 to the standard shipping fees shown below in the FedEx Express column on the right side of our shipping rates chart.
2-Day FedEx Express Service is available on all In-Stock merchandise. This service Guarantees your merchandise will arrive at your doorstep within 2 business days (Weather Permitting) if your order is placed by 12:00p.m. Mountain Standard Time on business days. This service is an additional $15.00 to the standard shipping fees shown below in the FedEx Express column on the right side of our shipping rates chart.
Overnight FedEx Service Guarantees your merchandise will arrive at your doorstep by 7:00p.m. the next business day (Weather Permitting) if you place your order by 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on business days. We Guarantee this service on all In-Stock items. This service is an additional $25.00 to the standard shipping fees shown below in the FedEx Express column on the right side of our shipping rates chart.
International Shipping is guaranteed through WinterKids.com and FedEx International. All international shipping costs will be added to the standard shipping on the order. The costs are different for various countries and depends on the weight of the package and the distance of travel. Please contact us at winterkids@winterkids.com to receive a shipping quote otherwise the FedEx cost will be automatically added to your order and credit card. If you wish to receive a shipping quote, please indicate the items you wish to purchase as well as the city, country and postal code of the package's destination. WinterKids.com ships All Over the World every day which allows us to assure our customers that we offer the lowest shipping prices possible. The CUSTOMER is responsible for and must pay ALL DUTIES and TAXES. WinterKids.com does not control duties and taxes. The duties and taxes are solely controlled by the country to which the merchandise is being shipped. If the customer chooses to refuse the package due to the duties and taxes imposed, the customer will be held liable for the shipping charges to their country as well as the charges incurred for the return shipping back to WinterKids.com. WinterKids.com is not authorized to ship Burton Products outside of the United States. Thank you for your understanding.
Puerto Rico & Other U.S. Territories are guaranteed through WinterKids.com and the United States Postal Service (USPS). If the shipping Method of FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail is chosen, the package will travel via USPS Priority Mail. Additional shipping costs may be incurred if your package weighs more than 3 pounds, please contact WinterKids@winterkids.com to receive a shipping quote for any package. Please include the exact items you wish to order and your ship to address. If a FedEx Express form of shipping is chosen, such as FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight, your package will travel via U.S. Express Mail. Estimated delivery time for Express Mail is 2-3 business days.
