You might be asking yourself...what's fast?  We ship your merchandise within hours of receiving your order on all business days Monday through Friday!  Orders received on Saturday & Sunday ship immediately on Monday!  

 
Our Standard Method of Shipping  is FREE on all orders over $75.00 shipped within the United States.  Standard methods of shipping are UPS Ground OR U.S. Priority Mail depending on the size and weight of the package.  Smaller orders (less than 2 pounds) usually travel U.S. Priority Mail & orders over 2 pounds will travel UPS Ground.  With Standard Shipping you will receive your merchandise within 3-5 business days (Weather Permitting).  Alaska, Hawaii, APO, & FPO shipments are FREE on all orders over $75.00 and will always travel U.S. Priority Mail as the standard method of shipping.  Standard shipping costs under $75.00 will be automatically calculated during the online checkout process.

3-Day UPS Air Service  This service Guarantees your merchandise will arrive at your doorstep within 3 business days (Weather Permitting) if your order is placed by 3pm Mountain Standard Time on business days. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the online checkout process.  UPS does not provide this service to Alaska or Hawaii. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

2-Day UPS Air Service  This service Guarantees your merchandise will arrive at your doorstep within 2 business days (Weather Permitting) if your order is placed by 3pm Mountain Standard Time on business days. The shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the online checkout process.  UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. 

Overnight UPS Air Service This service Guarantees your merchandise will arrive at your doorstep by 7:00pm the next business day (Weather Permitting) if you place your order by 3pm Mountain Standard Time on business days.  The shipping rates will be automatically calculated during the online checkout process.  UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  

International Shipping is guaranteed through WinterKids.com and UPS International.  International shipping costs will automatically be calculated during the online checkout process.  All shipping costs and product costs shown on WinterKids.com are in United States Dollars. Transit times for international shipments are normally between 2-8 business days. WinterKids.com ships all over the world every day which allows us to assure our customers that we offer the lowest international shipping prices possible.  Products in the equipment category of WinterKids.com may incur additional international shipping costs as they must be packaged in over sized boxes, we will not ship your package without first confirming any additional shipping costs with you.  The CUSTOMER is responsible for and must pay ALL DUTIES and TAXES at the time of delivery.  WinterKids.com does not control duties and taxes.  The duties and taxes are solely controlled by the country to which the merchandise is being shipped.  If the customer chooses to refuse the package due to the duties and taxes imposed or if UPS determines a package is undeliverable with the Ship To information the customer provides on their order, the customer will be held liable for the shipping charges to their country as well as the charges incurred for the return shipping back to WinterKids.com.  The customer will also incur any duties and tax that are imposed on a return shipment if refused at the time of delivery for the reasons above.  Due to agreements WinterKids.com has with Burton and The North Face, we cannot ship these brands to international destinations.
 
Puerto Rico & Other U.S. Territories is guaranteed through WinterKids.com and the United States Postal Service.  Our standard method of shipping to U.S. Territories is through U.S. Priority Mail.  Expedited delivery options are available using U.S. Express Mail.  The shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the online checkout process.
