Part-Time Customer Service Specialist

Position Description: 

As Customer Service Specialist for and, you will become part of a team of individuals who are passionate about kids, fashion and the outdoors. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to parents and women interested in ski apparel for their children and themselves. In this position, you will answer high volumes of calls and emails placing orders for customers, responding to parents' questions about products and orders, helping out the warehouse with picking, packing and shipping orders and assisting with online content of websites.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and emails from customers with questions about products and orders
  • Assist the warehouse with picking, packaging, and shipping customers' orders as well as processing returns and exchanges
  • Assist with online content of websites
  • Support marketing team with social media and blogging
  • Greet customers that come to our location and assist them in making purchases

Work Schedule/Benefits:  

Anticipated hours/week:

  • The Customer Service Specialist will work at our location in Denver
  • Customer service hours are 9am-5pm (9am-7pm the end of November through the end of December), and this position will typically be scheduled 9am-3pm approximately 3 days a week
  • Schedule flexibility required during our busy season (November through January), as we may need more customer service support during that time
  • Must be available to work Black Friday through Cyber Monday (11/27-11/30) and the week of Christmas
  • Position starts at the beginning of October and goes through mid-March

Part-Time Warehouse Shipper/Customer Service Associate

Position Description: 

Assisting with picking, packaging, and shipping customers' orders, processing returns and exchanges, receiving merchandise, lifting and moving boxes, other warehouse and office duties, telephone and email customer service, assisting with online content of websites.



Great attitude, ability to work well both independently and in a team environment, ability to work well under daily deadlines, great customer service skills, great communication and listening skills, punctuality, strong work ethic and a quick learner. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time and must be comfortable working on ladders. Some computer skills preferred.



We are open from 9am-5pm, 7 days a week. During the peak season (Thanksgiving until Christmas), we are open until 7pm. Hours for these positions will vary and you must be flexible to work weekdays, weekends and holidays. Availability Black Friday through Cyber Monday (11/27-11/30) and the week of Christmas is a must! This is a part-time seasonal position from 15-25 hours a week.
