Good but runs small

Great snowboard jacket but runs about a size smaller. The length of the jacket is fine but the sleeves are short. For reference: My son is 12, 105lbs, and 5’4. Heusually wears a XL but this was snug on him so we’ll be exchanging for the xxl.
