 We know online shopping can be tough. Not being able to see the products you are buying and not having someone in person to guide you through the endless technicalities of modern outerwear can be challenging. That is why we strive to make the experience as easy and convenient for our customers as possible. We'd like to start out the new year by giving all of you a better idea of who we are. Over the coming months, we will be featuring a short Q&A with a different WinterKids staff member each week. The people who actually package your orders, take your phone calls, respond to your emails, and those who make WinterKids.com the wonderful place that it is: these are the subjects of the next blog post and several more to come.
